HEDIS®, the most widely used health quality data set in the U.S., measures healthcare performance improvement in areas that significantly impact people’s lives. CareEvolution is one of only 21 vendors to have earned NCQA’s Measure Certification.

The Certification—healthcare’s most extensive assessment of an organization’s measure logic—is a testament to CareEvolution’s ability to ensure data integrity and improve the accuracy of reporting measures. CareEvolution sought and earned Partial Measure Certification (a subset of HEDIS® measures) for Medicare Advantage (MA)-focused measures that correspond with Medicare’s Star Rating System. Specifically, CareEvolution’s Galileo™ platform was certified for:

• Part C Domain 1 Measures related to staying healthy, screenings, tests, and vaccines
• Part C Domain 2 Measures related to managing chronic, long-term conditions
• Part D Domain 4 Measures related to drug safety
