New App Welcome Screen
Participants who install the MyDataHelps app will be greeted with a warmer and more educational welcome flow to help them understand the platform.

New Discover Screen
The new Discover screen provides a central place for participants to access and manage their electronic health records and device data, making it easier to onboard.

Google Health Connect

MyDataHelps is one of the first apps to provide a direct connection with Google Health Connect, including electronic health records (EHR). This integration helps researchers track outcomes, monitor comorbidities, and support long-term follow-up without the need for separate data-sharing agreements.

Our new Survey Settings tab replaces the old Coordinator Surveys section. It centralizes all the controls you need—like who can enter data, how many responses are allowed, and which version is active—making survey oversight faster and more intuitive.

Reach more participants in the language of their choice. We now support French, German, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese, in addition to the existing Spanish, Dutch, and English options—with more languages coming soon.
Add direct links to participant records in your coordinator notifications, saving you time.
Prompt participants to upload CSV and TXT files as part of the File Upload Answer Format, allowing them to share hard-to-access data such as personally tracked data.
Save time on multi-site project management by using participants’ survey responses to automatically assign them to institutions, eliminating the need for manual coordinator entry.
Allow participants to select the time of day they receive their notifications/surveys. Alternatively, you can randomize the timing delivery of ecological momentary assessments (EMAs).
